Yes. Site visits anywhere in Tenerife South — Costa Adeje, Abama, El Madroñal, Playa del Duque, Amarilla Golf, Golf del Sur, Palm-Mar — are free of charge, even though our workshop is in Tejina. We travel south weekly.
Do you invoice with IGIC?
Yes. All work is invoiced legally with IGIC (Canary Islands VAT). We provide proper paperwork for community administrators, property managers and renovation projects.
Do you offer a written guarantee?
Yes. Every installation comes with a written guarantee on materials and workmanship. AISI 316 marine-grade stainless steel installations carry an extended warranty for coastal villas.
Will the installer also speak English on the day of installation?
Yes. Jorge personally manages every villa project from the first WhatsApp message to the final handover, so you can discuss anything on site in clear English.
